G-Tax Consulting is a specialised tax firm for founders, international investors, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth private clients — focusing on startups, international tax law, crypto and real estate.
The advisory is led by Giulia Uggias-Sproß. She is a German tax advisor specialising in international tax matters. In 2026 she took part in the Investor One-on-Ones at the Waterkant Festival in Kiel, advising founders on tax questions around fundraising and startup structures.
Her career began in 2014 as part of a work-study programme in cooperation with the Berlin Chamber of Tax Advisors. Since then she has worked at tax firms in Berlin, Itzehoe and Munich, advising both companies and private clients.
In her advisory work she combines technical depth with a clear, structured approach. The goal is to make complex matters understandable and to develop practical solutions. We work in a structured, efficient and fully digital way.
